The service by the first and last technician were excellent. What was not acceptable, were the 2 cancelled appointments by the technicians. They indicated that it was a reschedule on my part, which they were not as what was claimed had been confirmed by the technician as having been completed. I spent 9 hours one day waiting, and 4 hours the following day. In addition, Sears claims they do not charge you for the initial visit, but in actuality it seemed so, as the part just cost roughly $80 and the installation (labor) was almost 5 times the amount of the part for 1/2 hour work.
