Andre y the service person that pull up took a picture from his car and said no one was home should be fired I have footage on camera of them doing it they said some would come back out no one even showed up two day already I took off of work for no one to show up it’s a joke at this point

I wanted a service repair. My appointment was for 9/17/25 which was cancelled the day before with a text. A new appointment was made for today 10/3/25. The service technician showed up to tell me that I needed the coolant replaced and recommended a new compressor as well for over $1800. He did not have any parts with him even though I gave all my information to “Miss AI Samantha”, model number, serial number, leaking coolant, not keeping freezing temp. The technician had NO information from Miss AI and had no intention of repairing my freezer today. I paid my $158 and declined the offer.

Worst customer service....for the following reasons 1) never could talk to a live person 2) Recieved about 30 texts confirmiming appointment and asking about specific problem. 3) Appt was booked a week in advance and NO ONE CALLED ME TO ALERT ME THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND A SERVICE TECH 4) After telling me tyhat a service tech would call me in am to LMK what time they would arrive. (Very convenient 8-5 window!!) no one called!!! I had to hunt them down dealing with AI BS 5) after trying 3 differant phone numbers I finally got a live person and they told me that service needed to be cancelled due to no service tech available!!! 6)Could only book my next appt another week out. 7) Most Importantly I PAY $62.00 per month for a service contract and DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Don’t use them! They are a scam!!!! Came out and told me it was a sock stuck in the drain. Washer still wouldn’t start. Technician says he can’t do anything and I should call Maytag. Still charged me. You can’t talk to anyone in with authority or that will do anything. Literally just spent in charges, the amount a new washer would cost paying sears and Maytag. Total SCAM!!!!!- updated they called and said they would “look into this” and told me everything was justified. Don’t use them!! Never got my money back. Was told by professional that the old sock trick is what they do when they can’t find the real problem!
