The service work of Robinson was great but it took two days of no show for me waiting two full days until I was told by your AI that I had to make another appointment with no reason why. The third appointment did bring Robinson to my house but he needed a part so AT LAST, on the fourth appointment, the part was installed and after10 days I had a working freezer!!! And I paid $100 deductible. I am ready to cancel my warranty because days of waiting 8 AM to 5 PM with no one coming and no explanation is unforgivable!!!
