Chad was on time and was completely professional. He thoroughly investigated the water leaking issue with my refrigerator, and successfully found where the water leak was coming from. As it turned out, I happen to have the necessary replacement part which Chad successfully installed. Through this entire process Chad was efficient and commutative, keeping me updated as to the progress being performed.
