I liked the technician. I was very frustrated with the updates and timing changes. Please make that better. I waited from 8am-4:30pm. There should be better time windows and updates. I took my entire work day off but I could have worked the entire day. Very frustrating !

Explained everything in detail and was careful to not damage anything. Oven still does not work but that’s not his fault company has to sen ‘em a new oven.
