Tony is an excellent technician, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnoses the issue quickly and explains it clearly to me. Tony keeps me updated as to the process and is always accurate as to ordering parts and arrival times. I would prefer that he is assigned to me whenever I need a repair. Good job Tony!
