The service person was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. He greatly improved the operation of my older Craftsman lawn tractor. It runs much better.

The service from the technician was good and the time it took to get an appointment was also good. However, I don’t know if the same company holds the warranty, but I’m very disappointed in the warranty coverage. The dishwasher is less than 4 years old and has rust on the door. I was told that the rust is cosmetic and not covered.
