The technician was great. Polite, efficient, got the job done. The Sears Repair website is a nightmare. I received 10 texts for this visit. The first confirming, and the next nine canceling the appointment, rescheduling on 3 different days, and canceling them all. Yet the technician appeared at the appropriate time and said he was confused because his site said they had been out to my house 5 times. Ridiculous. And once you've made an appointment, it's impossible to speak to a human. They keep sending you back to your online appointment confirmation. I've been a maintenance contract customer for 30 years but never again.
