We had great service from the Sears Tech. He was very knowledgeable with our appliance. We explained to him what our concerns were with our dryer and he went right to work and addressed and resolved all of our concerns. I believe his name was Jake and we would like to have him as our go to person each time we have an issue with an appliance! Great job Jake! You have another happy customer. Kudo’s!!!
