The service from the technician was good and the time it took to get an appointment was also good. However, I don’t know if the same company holds the warranty, but I’m very disappointed in the warranty coverage. The dishwasher is less than 4 years old and has rust on the door. I was told that the rust is cosmetic and not covered.

Sears Appliance repair were quick to respond to my request. Sears Appliance Repair were on time the next day for service. The tech was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the issues and charges clearly and precisely. I would use Sears Appliance again if needed.
