Repair required snowblower belt replacement. Great communication on scheduling and arrival for repair. Excellent communication about specifics of the repair, including a test run to show that it worked. I used the snowblower two days later in a major snowstorm and it worked perfectly. I’m very satisfied would definitely use Francis again.
