Jermaine went the extra mile over two visits (he found he needed to order a part on the first appointment). He double and triple-checked everything and completed the job with less than one-day's notice so that we would have a working refrigerator for Thanksgiving. He is MUCH appreciated.

Washer Dryer stack repair
David was able to diagnosis the problem quickly and promptly repaired it after the previous tech, from a different contractor, had come and left with continuing problems on two separate service calls for the same issue. I am pleased to have a solution for the loose knob. Clothing stuck in agitator was remedied quickly and no new parts were needed.

Jermaine is intelligent and got the job done. He was on time. Analyzed the problem and explained it to me. It was very complex, but he helped me to decide to fix the frig vs buy a new one. Ordered parts and installed them when they arrived. Friendly and a good communicator. Could not ask for more.
