I am giving the technician, Germaine, 5 stars. He was very pleasant and got the job done well. If I could give a separate rating for the appointment making and updating service it would be a 1. The labyrinth of automated phone service pathways while trying to talk to a person is horrendous and very frustrating.

Excellent dishwasher repair. Ed knew what he was doing and worked in a very efficient and effective manner. That includes insuring that the repair worked perfectly (doble checked) and there were no water leaks. Excellent service !
