I called for dryer repair and it was set up with an AI feature for the following day between 8 and 5. The technician phoned at about 10:30 AM to say he was in the area and would arrive in approximately 40 minutes. He showed up almost on the for of his estimate, diagnosed the problem quickly and worked quickly to solve it. I was impressed with the efficiency of the whole experience.
