Every-time I’ve had a repair issue I’ve had the same great technician(Jermaine) who arrives on time, quickly and fairly assesses the situation. This last time today, our 20 year old freezer is beyond repair. Repairing it would be far more money than getting a new one. He communicates clearly and gives various options to consider. Honest and a nice guy.
