It took a couple tries to get the appointment. Tried to trouble shoot and research myself but eventually got some help. Can’t beat a friendly, experienced, professional to come in and save these things from landfills.

Technician seemed to fix the problem but refused to reinstall the dishwasher as it was previously installed with extra noise insulation, so left that on the floor. He also left all broken parts on the floor for us to dispose claiming he had no way to dispose of them.

First of all, your technicians should have/wear shoe covers to wear inside the house especially in cold and rainy times. Secondly, there is a communication overload from your side both SMS and emails. Just too many. It is very irritating for the customer. Hope we do not use your services again or if we do, hope next time I can give you 5 rating.

My technician was great came in and solved simple issues I've had unfortunately I had to wait over a month with several canceled visits on the part of the Service company. The technician was great, although the experience was terrible.

The repairman showed up, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back to install it. He did fine until after he installed the new ice maker and left. My wife found the ice maker sitting on the shelf in the refrigerator. I slipped it into place myself. Not a big deal, but not what I would expect. The biggest negative is that they give you a window that includes the entire day meaning you have to plan to be home waiting for the repairman all day. They do call when they are 10 minutes away, but even the dreaded cable guy gives you a better estimate of when they will arrive. The price was fair, but certainly not a bargain. Next time I will just order the part and do the repair myself.

Too much "app" and not enough personal service; the persistent attempts at "upselling" (by phone and email) are incredibly irritating
