Would be no stars if possible. Have been loyalty customer for 40+ years and have protection warranty plan . Oven on Kenmore range is not working. Had an appointment for yesterday for tech, which they rescheduled for today. Had to stay home from work another day and just received a text they need to reschedule again. First available appointment 3 weeks out. VERY UNACCEPTABLE. Cannot go 3 weeks without a working oven. Cannot get a human to call me to explain why tech is not coming and why I have to wait so long. Loyalty team apologizes, but little good that does for me. Between yesterday and today, spent 6 hours on the phone with 8 different reps and not sure how many different departments. VERY FRUSTRATED.

The customer service is terrible. Actually, they don’t even have a customer service. You are only able to speak with an AI which can’t answer simple questions and can’t connect you with actual live agents.

Don’t use them! They are a scam!!!! Came out and told me it was a sock stuck in the drain. Washer still wouldn’t start. Technician comes out again and tells me he can’t do anything and its a recall and I should call Maytag. Still charged me. ($190.37) Wasn't a recall and had to pay maytag repair costs also to correctly fix! You can’t talk to anyone with authority or that will do anything. Literally spent in repair charges to Sears and Maytag what a new washer would cost. Total SCAM!!!!!- update they did called me to say they would look into this and did absolutely nothing!! No refund. Don't waste your money!!

Part was paid for but not delivered. Been 2 months and still haven’t received a refund. Just been getting a run around. I will never recommend them or use them ever again! Terrible customer service!

The technician came to my house, looked at my fridge from above and told me everything was fine. He didn’t even removed a screw out. Fridge still not working properly. I paid $159 for a 5 minutes visit.

The very worst of the worst!! I've been stood up three times now. The first time I waited all day and nobody came. The second time they rescheduled because they didn't have an available technician. Today I waited all afternoon. I clicked on the confirmation email link and it says technician came here at 8:59am and nobody was home and I need to reschedule. I was home!! Nobody rang my doorbell - I have a ring camera and nobody came to the door all day. My dryer has been broken for over a month. And you can't get anybody on the phone without a 45 minute wait. Now I'm looking for a new dryer repair service. One whole month wasted.
