The technician came to my house, looked at my fridge from above and told me everything was fine. He didn’t even removed a screw out. Fridge still not working properly. I paid $159 for a 5 minutes visit.

The very worst of the worst!! I've been stood up three times now. The first time I waited all day and nobody came. The second time they rescheduled because they didn't have an available technician. Today I waited all afternoon. I clicked on the confirmation email link and it says technician came here at 8:59am and nobody was home and I need to reschedule. I was home!! Nobody rang my doorbell - I have a ring camera and nobody came to the door all day. My dryer has been broken for over a month. And you can't get anybody on the phone without a 45 minute wait. Now I'm looking for a new dryer repair service. One whole month wasted.

Left the oven in worse condition than when he first arrived. Could not make repairs but still charged 149.00. Will never use again.

Not a good experience. Wrong diagnosis of my ride on lawn mower resulted in it not being repaired and me paying too much for nothing.
