The work we had done by Sears Appliance Repair 60 days ago may not have been the real problem but Sears only warranty's their work for 30 days. Sergio this time I believe did fix it he was great; he took a lot more time trying to diagnose the problem covered many possibilities that it could have been and corrected it as soon as the part was available. We are very happy with our technician Sergio. I'm not happy with Sears Appliance Repair's warranty.

Our refrigerator tech Ethan was great. Punctual, polite and friendly. He assessed the issue with our fridge, order the parts and was back in less than a week to install the new parts. Thanks Ethan!
