The work we had done by Sears Appliance Repair 60 days ago may not have been the real problem but Sears only warranty's their work for 30 days. Sergio this time I believe did fix it he was great; he took a lot more time trying to diagnose the problem covered many possibilities that it could have been and corrected it as soon as the part was available. We are very happy with our technician Sergio. I'm not happy with Sears Appliance Repair's warranty.
