I have always been happy with Sears Appliance Repair. My home extended warranty hire them to diagnose a problem with my washer. I really appreciate the communication via text and emails. I was able to track my technician and New exactly when he was going to be at my house. My washer has to be replaced so no repairs were needed but appreciated the communication with Home Choice Warranty to start the replacement process.
