Some parts of Sears still exists. Had to wait but he was able to get my refrigerator working!

Justin was very professional. He did a great job communicating with me on his arrival time. He also was able to explain what my problem was with my washer. I highly recommend him.

Johnny F did a great job. The only glitch was having to reschedule after your system went down last week.

Johnny was the technician sent both times to fix my stove and he was great - the 5 stars are for him, not Sears. He knew what he was doing, recommended a good valued replacement part, and was funny and courteous as he worked. You guys should give him a raise! Other parts of my experience were not as good, including the fact that it took Sears 7 weeks to ship the part for my oven. During that time, I tried to reach an actual human to get an update but couldn’t get through their interminable phone tree. Poor system!
