RJ did a great job. Refrigerator now works great. We appreciate him coming first thing this morning. Good job!!! I must say that Sears system is terrible. I waited 9 hrs the first time and no one came. Had to reschedule!! Thank God for RJ who kept me posted . 8 to 5 window is a joke.
