Don't believe the 5 star reviews. Response is terrible and undependable. First scheduled appt was 2 weeks out. 2 hours into 8 hour appt window they cancelled and pushed it out another week. You cant talk to a human either. Don't believe the automated reply they made to my review as I tried to call them to see how they would address my issue and there is no way to bypass their automated phone system. My rescheduled appointment is tomorrow so we will see what happens and if anyone shows up. I have my doubts.

this was the most frustrating and awful experience that I had with Sears Home Services .. Do not use them for repairs for you applicance . starting with the technician kevin Mcdona with not giving you the information required for insurance purpose then not being able to get a hold of anyone with Sears appliance repair to request information about your technician visit only AI assistance they do not have a live agent that you can talk to the amount of money they charge is outrageous with no results I will not recommend them for any of your applicance repairs

Sears called to confirm the appointment 2 days before, no call and no show. Phone system doesn't allow you to speak to a 'real person' and soonest appointment is 11 days out. Taking my business elsewhere and good riddance.

The tech could not speak English well so communication was poor. He never looked at the unit and messed around with the thermostat for 10-15 minutes. We’ve been without ac most of the summer and it’s been determined we need a new ac unit. Waiting and waiting for your team to show up and nothing accomplished. We have reported this to our warranty company recommending they find someone other than sears to work with

While the tech was nice, he really did nothing and as soon as he left the leak was still there. He offered one small solution in the freezer by then said it was all done. I just spent $139.00 on absolutely nothing. I feel very disappointed.

I have a GE washer that needs repaired. Tech's do not have parts on hand to repair in a timely manner parts have to be ordered. I have had 2 appointments that have both been cancelled by by Sears. Now they want me to wait another week to 2 weeks to have someone come out to fix this washer. SO over a month with out my washer. I have missed 3 days of work now because of Sears. Can't talk to a human to save your life!! One have one tech to do repairs??????

The only reason I'm rating a 1 star is because 0 stars wasn't an option. My 1st appt was scheduled for Thursday but I received a text that they had to reschedule because they couldn't get the part in time. So I rescheduled for friday, I rec'd another text saying they'd have to reschedule me because the part didn't come in. I'm already angry at this point but have no choice but to reschedule for Saturday. My window was from 8~12:00. After I had rearranged my entire morning to wait for Sears to come, I recieve a text at 11:27 saying that due to "Unseen Circumstances" they weren't going to make it out that day. An entire morning wasted waiting on Sears. My next choices to reschedule were Tuesday or Wednesday. I had to go into the office on Tues so scheduled for Weds morning. My meeting got cancelled on Tuesday so I tried to change my appointment to Tuesday morning. I never received a confirmation but was hopeful someone would come between 8~12:00. Never heard from anybody until 2:00. After all this, the estimate was almost $700 to fix the dishwasher for a $140 part! I WILL NEVER do business with SEARS Home Services again and I suggest that you don't either.
