So I bought this washer from Home Depot a little over a year ago, nothing but trouble from the first day, I had a technician from GE come out twice, kept saying it was off balance, not true, Thanks to Daniel he found major issues with, shocks were defective and the transmission was bad, I wanted to wash a load before posting anything, I believe Daniel did a terrific job, Thank you Daniel for your service,

Jason was amazing! He called me in the morning to ask questions about my appliance. When he arrived, he immediately figured out what was wrong and gave me an estimate for repair and told me he had the part in his truck. Half an our later, my 30-year-old washer was working like new, and my matching dryer had been cleaned and inspected. I told him he's a genius. I'm so grateful. Thank you, Jason
