He did a great job. BUT he was to be there yesterday and no one told me so I waited around all morning. They then sent me a text that he would be here today and he was and he was good. But I could not call anyone and no one told me. Not so good.

Daniel, my Sears Technician, was kind enough to move his schedule around to accommodate my work hours since the Sears appointment page doesn’t give you the option. He arrived on time and inspected my wash machine. It turned out that there was nothing wrong, but his inspection gave me great peace of mind.
