The service was very good. The technician was very nice but the problem I have is that they scheduled me and then they kept postponing it. I don’t think that’s right when I have been a customer for years and years. Probably need to get a better system to accommodate customers in a much faster way

My dishwasher has needed a new pump since June 8. I’ve had 4-5 no show appts, so I was so happy that he came at 6pm knowing the big job of installing a pump in a Bosch dishwasher. He was very professional and I was impressed of all the screws and wires that he took apart and put back together and it all works! He did a great job!
