I'm really big on preventive maintenance and was so glad that I called Sears Appliance Repair. The technician that came to my home today was very professional, neat, courteous. When I asked him to show me where the drain basket was located, how often to rinse it out, where and how to drain the system, he instructed me appropriately with very clear instructions. I highly recommend SAR and will share my experience with my homeowners association. Thank you!

He did a great job. BUT he was to be there yesterday and no one told me so I waited around all morning. They then sent me a text that he would be here today and he was and he was good. But I could not call anyone and no one told me. Not so good. JAW
