I think the first replacement ice maker was a dud. The second time they came to fix and brought an ice maker from his truck it worked. Very friendly and proactive communication. About arrival etc.

The technician fixed our Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator lights, that have been off for several years, in 5 minutes. He also left us the part numbers we need to order replacement drawer fronts. I couldn't be happier!
