Not all parts were ordered for the washer, so my washer wasn’t fixed. Waiting to hear from the technician about parts being ordered and the next Friday or Saturday he can come out. Only one of four parts were ordered

Erick was great! Really kind and knowledgeable. However, I ran a load of laundry after he left and the main issue I am experiencing is still persisting. Workout clothing and my husbands pants are coming out of the wash dirtier than they entered. See the attached photos. I am not sure if this is an issue that can be fixed or if I need a new washing machine.
