Daniel was a very nice technician. However, apparently he was not informed by his employers that the warranty for his service is not guaranteed for 90 days, but only 30 days. Plus, we never signed the service call, he just put a scribble in the area where the signature was made. We never got a copy of the service call either. Come to find out, we probably need a new drum for the washer and will have to pay to have a service man. come out for it and in addition have to pay for the drum. Very rude individual in the Customer Service Department and said there was not one else that I could speak with about this issue. These items were supposed to be taken care of by Sears but they refuse to do it. Do not recommend that anyone use Sears anymore and that is sad/

If I could give no stars I would for the deceptive business practices of this business. I declined a service to which they added to my work order later and the repair tech I had with mental disability could barely have a normal conversation let alone explain what he's having me authorize on his mobile device. I was forced to pay for a service I specifically declined and the business refuses to refund for their theft.

We have been trying to get a washer for 3 months now. They approved a replacement in December🤣. But said they got more parts in. The repair men said t.hey couldn't get the tub out to work on it. For some reason they sent out 2 repair men in 1 day. And that was just 1 week ago. And still don't t have a replacement washer. I didn't think it would take 3 months to replace it. No very happy with this company.

Only after 3 months of making sure it's fixed will is the last tech was good, terrible ordeal in total will not use again. Now after the repair my floor is flooded. 4/6/24. Update as of 4/3/24 work order still has not been completed and we might have received the right part but at this point who knows. And no I will not message through Facebook, get some other way of communication that's some what professional. One dishwasher drain pump has taken them over two months to get replaced with multiple reschedule that were all "our" fault ( they didn't confirm the phone number or went to the wrong house). I work in appliance repair and figured I'm paying a monthly fee so I'd have them repair it

I am very disappointed in the service I received this time from Sears Home Services. Last time I had an issue with my dishwasher they were knowledgable and repaired my issue for a reasonable price, so I called them again this time. I had a leaking dishwasher. The Sears Home Services technician came to my house. To start, I showed him a picture I took of the leak (drip) I took the day prior. Without attempting to see the leak himself, he wrote up a repair bill of $750. He didn't even run the dishwasher!!! I declined the repair and after he left I did some googling. Apparently my issue is very common and only required purchasing a $10 grommet from amazon. It took me less than 20 mins to replace the grommet myself, and the problem is fixed. What did I get for my $140 service fee?? Terrible service.

While my tech Dan was professional and efficient, my overall experience was not great. My original appointment was last Thursday and while waiting in my home all day from 8am to 5pm which was the window that was given to me I finally received a text message at 6:53pm stating that my technician Daniel had come to my house and knocked on our door and one had answered so I would need to reschedule. First off, they had already missed the window with no communication, secondly he never showed up, we have cameras, third a little communication goes a long way, he didn’t even have the professional courtesy to that and then to lie to the warranty company and send us some blurry picture that I guess was supposed to be our front door. So I would give Dan 5 stars but but sadly that won’t be the case.
