OUTSTANDING
Justice is fantastic! He contacted me first thing this morning and told me of his calls and his ETA to our home. Notified us when he was enroute to our place and was extremely informative, asked if we had questions about the repair. We are grateful that he showed up for this appointment. Our last scheduled appointment (9 Apr) ended with us having to call First American Home Warranty to ascertain the status of our repair only to be told that our appointment was cancelled without us being told. It was super frustrating to waste a day waiting for a repair that never happened!

Our technician Brian was very professional and thorough when explaining our problems. He took time to check everything and make sure I knew what he was explaining and understood what could cause the problems we were experiencing. Claudie was professional and worked long and hard at the refrigerator repair. A couple of things: 1. the memory board that was sent in the mail only had 2 relays whereas the existing board had 3 relays but fortunately the old one was still functioning. Claudio to return the part. 2. The original appointment was scheduled between 8 and 12. Claudio's schedule was between 12 and 4 and he arrived circa 3:30 PM and worked until 6 pm.
