Very professional
Lawson was very kind, he was on time, he kept in contact leading up.to his arrival. We would be pleased to have him come back in the future for any of our AC issues

Lawson called prior to his arrival and informed me he was on his way. I met him out in my driveway. He was very friendly. I guided him to where the repair was. As he was looking over my fridge, I found him to be very informative as I asked him questions. I could see he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Although, it will be more cost effective to buy a new fridge as opposed to repairing this one, I was very pleased with Lawson's help. If I should need any repairs in the future, I definitely will call Sears and request Lawson.😊😊
