Lawson and Muhammad came to work on a follow-up call for Madho. Apparently Madho ordered the wrong piece per Lawson. Lawson said they don't make the part we needed anymore. Lawson and Muhammad I stalled the heater pan and a thermistor or two. Then left. When I started hearing a peculiar noise. I opened the freezer door I could tell the evaporator fan was hitting on something. I called Lawson to tell him but he advised he couldn't come back due to time management. and asked me to contact Muhammad. I left him a msg then Lawson came back to save the day. I called Muhammad to advise same.

Ron came back as soon as he could after getting a part that he needed once he trouble shot the heating unit. Ron was very helpful and explained how to balance the vents to achieve the most efficient use of our heating system.

Austin was amazing. He diagnosed the fact the first technician installed the wrong springs and installed Town of them incorrectly so one was broken and another was not seeded right. He also correctly diagnosed the control board not working and the pump not working as well. Wish all technicians were as thorough as Austin.
