Sears AC Replacement

Ronald with sears as a service technician was great. Unfortunately Sears Home Services is a nightmare to deal with. You cannot talk to real people, the faulty AI claims the ticket number they email to you is not a real number. Communication about issues is non existent. I have been without AC now for 6 weeks. If I knew the unit has been ordered and had an arrival date I would be ok. But it feels like I will be without AC all summer.

Not Fixed

Our washing machine has Not worked in over 2 months. Austin was a very nice guy. However he is also the 4th person to come out to try to resolve the issue to No avail. Very disappointed in Sears Home Service.

A/C Repair

When a/c handler motor was installed, the repairman left leaving the electrical cord strung across unit and plugged in a wall unit. Sears had to make a second trip to correct. First, he said that was the way it was originally. "No" A little bit of disagreement discussion. And said there was not another plug in. After I insisted there must be, he found after pulling a few things in front out. It would appear he just wanted to use the easiest instead of bending down to find the appropriate plug in. He should have done this when first repaired. A waste of everyone's time.

Bad they broke my machine and made it even worse after coming to my house since May 27th comes after my house October 16th my machine is making even worse noise after he left and says I can't do anything for you cuz your electricity is bad a technician checked my electricity at my electricity is fine they're scamming people

Very poor customer service

Technician left me hanging didn't fix my air conditioning said I wasn't approved through my insurance company, but my insurance company said I was cover after speaking to technician several times. He just told me he was basically not coming back today because he didn't feel like it after telling me he would be right back as soon as he went to another call around the corner.

He did everything he could to get out of working on my refrigerator? I did everything I was told to do, I defrosted it for 24 hours there was no ice in it, I even wiped it clean but the tech kept saying it might have ice and I need more parts then he told me I should buy a new one and said I could get my money back, at that point I was tired of trying to get him to look at my refrigerator so I said just give me my money back and he said ok, he is bad news for Sears

3rd times a charm… hopefully

They came out 3 different times on 3 different days and kept asking the same questions even though I had answered them the previous time they came out. The third time they were 3 1/2 hours late. Then proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions that I felt they should know as technicians including if I had the installation manual handy. The clock is still running 10 min ahead.

Nice repair man but fridge still broken

Sears didn't show for our scheduled appt on 6/26. Then said they couldn't come back out until 7/10. As if this wasn't insulting enough, they didn't order the ice maker. They said they ordered some parts but not the ice maker because it has to come with everything. No idea why they didn't just replace everything. First American said they would have approved replacing the ice maker if Sears had put in the repair order. Then they taped the ice bucket back together instead of simply replacing it. Now we need another service ticket so we can have the ice maker replaced like it should have been on 6/26

AWFUL. He canceled my appt and never knocked on my door. He said he would recommend my refrigerator be replaced and he never submitted a report. He is awful and unprofessional he should be fired. The whole company is terrible
