It was not clear which pump in the dishwasher went out. I had to call him to find out what pump went out! I had to order the pump from Maytag, it's under warranty

Our service tech did the best he could, but communications from Sears was probably the worst I've experienced in a long time. First repair visit was a no show. The re-scheduled second day was cancelled by the vendor on the same day of service. I kept getting texts saying "the appointment you have requested" as they kept re-scheduling. But never once did they ever talk to me and confirm if those were good days or not. I took over a month waiting for parts. The tech just left and on our fist load, it's no better than it was before I requested service. Possibly because it was an insurance job and they just don't really care....

Lawson unclogged my freezer drain ( I think. It takes 2 months to stop up again.) He cleaned coils (etc.) for a price. After he left, I realized my fridge had been running non-stop for 3 hours and nothing in freezer was freezing. I called for help and was told someone could come out in 3 days. Asked to speak to supervisor. She was busy and would call back in 1 hour. An hour later I called again. Same spiel. Called an hour later. In the meantime, had to turn freezer up to 9 (during summer it never goes over 7) . It is 7 hours later and the fridge has finally stopped running. They will send someone out in 3 days and say to fix anything I will have to pay. Again.. Warning. Don't use a credit card. Write a check so you can stop payment until problem is fixed. Oh so disappointed.
