Good repairman
Good honest repairman. It is good when you can actually talk with someone not just do stuff online. See numerous complaints about trying to talk to someone by phone or online.

The Technicians have been wonderful and have really tried to fix my AC; but this was the third visit to my house for the AC. It needs to be replaced but sears home warrenty just keeps patching it.
