He took care of our new LG top load washer, got quickly to the source of the diagnosis even before he arrived and went the extra mile coordinating a part that we needed to get the washing machine back in top working order. Ronald was a great technician who went out of his way to help us but the Sears Service Protection Plan is unacceptable and does not function like they say it does. Next week will be two months with no hot water and the people you talk to have me in an endless loop. They won't give you a telephone number to talk to a person and when you finally find one, they shuffle you from one person to another. Their latest ploy is to say that I don't have a Master Protection Plan which I have in hand. After nearly two months, Ronald was finally able to get to someone who seems to be working on this problem. If you are considering buying a Master Protection Plan from Sears, please think it through. This headache is not worth it.

Lawson was knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helpful. He was able to find the problem quickly and explain it. Sadly our warranty didn't cover the leak-in our A/C that has been fine for 15 years, had Sears maintenance checks done, but now there's a leak and it's not covered? Just frustrating! Would require new plumbing they say? But again, has worked fine all this time??? Not happy with Sears warranty!
