He was very polite, clean, and good worker. He installed ignition control it works. However you have to turn on back burners before you can light front burners. He stated this didn't make since but put it in so I could use stove. May not last

He explained it was our ice maker that the bar was knocked down and since it was not hooked up was trying to make ice. When in the off position he remove the bar so it wouldn't happen again

Austin came out for the service call, pinpointed the problem right away, and had us up and running again in minutes. You can't beat that type of service. And he was available on a Saturday, when we thought we would probably have to be without the appliance for an extended period of time because of the holiday weekend. Thank you, Austin!
