I would only consider doing business with Sears Home Improvement if I could work exclusively with Nolan. Very other technician and customer support representatives were useless and frustrating. Uriel and Lynetta hung up on me. Nolan was respectful and honest. Thank you, Nolan for making my day a little less exhausting.
