He was amazing!!!! The other tech that had came ordered the wrong parts and never came to fix our appliance. Pablo was very helpful & Polite in explaining what went wrong and what was the issue and was able to solve our problem that we had been waiting for in over a month. Im so grateful he was able to help us

The technician Adrian D came earlier than scheduled (which was awesome ) to repair our AC issue. He had amazing PR was so kind and appeared to be very genuine with his concerns and answers. He took the time to listen to the issues given. He diagnosed and repaired the issue and took the time to explain the problem very slowly so that we understood the issue. The only problem i had with the actual Sears company is that it is nearly impossible to get someone in person to talk to to reschedule or to share your concerns just go in circles with AI. Miss the old time person to person customer service. If you can ask for a tech i would recommend Adrian D. in a heart beat!
