Want $900 to fix $600 washer

Never received an appointment called over 3 weeks ago. Was told they no longer service my area but they charged us for 2 more years of extended warranty knowing they don't service our area (Three Rivers Ca) my 90 year mom is being taken advantage of and they do not care!....... 3 months later no response no repair. Finally ordered a new washer. What an awful experience this company is fraudulent.
