Since Sears went bankrupt and stopped overseeing them, the service has declined. No true oversight. My trust completely eroded in whatever repair place this turned into. I Called for a fridge repair at my elderly parents’ house, knowing the issue, but they recommended unnecessary fixes and tried to upcharge from original quote. Be warned they quoted twice while being on-site. And doubled repair from $400 to $800. After declining, I called another company and tech made it work within minutes; no part replacement needed and still running. Evidence doesn’t lie. No apologies needed. Keep them away from scamming your elderly. Avoid this service. You’ve been warned!

DONT SPEND MONEY ON THEIR INSURANCE! Horrible service, no one shows up for the repair appointments. Call centers and outsourced customer service in other countries that do not help. 0/10 Reporting as a scam!

Horrible service. The washer has not been serviced. Two different appointments. First technician. Didn’t even ring the gates doorbell. He posted a comment saying no one was home. 2nd appointment technician did the same. We have been trying to get our washer serviced for two weeks. They did sent a bill for labor. Don’t know what labor. They are charging for a drive-by on some house.

SAVE YOUR MONEY I would have given 2 star only for the tech's showing up. They charge w/out work being completed, parts had to be returned & reordered, repair dates were way out, and it's a nightmare trying to get a refund for incomplete service

CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!! We rescheduled and PRE paid for our service. They now state that I didn’t quadruple confirm my parts came in when I did on email. They sent me a confirmation my appointment was earlier, now they are saying it is not happening! I can’t get a hold of any human. There is no customer service and we have been out of a washer for 3 weeks now.
