The first tech that was sent out 05/30/24 didn't have a ladder that was tall enough to reach the second floor. Perhaps the service request should have an option on it as to how many stories tall a house is, or whoever writes up the service call should look at google maps elevations to see what the tech would be up against. That way you won't make unnecessary trips, that are costly on both peoples part, the customer and you. That being said Adrian was wonderful, very helpful, and explained what had happened and what he did to fix the problem. So I give five stars to Adrian and three stars to the service writer and Benito because Benito failed to mention that an extension ladder was necessary.
