Repair was great. The automated system was super annoying and called repeatedly before service. I blame AI. Expensive but nobody else works on LG as far as I found.

He came more than 45 mins later than the time he sent his last arrival time and didn’t let me know he was running late, but other than that he was grest explaining to me everything else on the microwave.
