He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My Samsung washer had massive build up(only 2 years old.) He showed me how to open the bottom. He helped me clean all the build up!

He was amazing!!!! The other tech that had came ordered the wrong parts and never came to fix our appliance. Pablo was very helpful & Polite in explaining what went wrong and what was the issue and was able to solve our problem that we had been waiting for in over a month. Im so grateful he was able to help us
