My tech was Michael M and he is an absolute awesome genius. He was so great and talked with me about and explained everything. He was fast and so efficient. I have already washed three loads and two of those blankets. Left my laundry room so clean.

Excellent service! Very quick in person response within an hour of requesting assistance with my fridge going out despite the holiday season. Quick diagnosis and professional uniformed service. Only bummer was we had to order the part and wait instead of picking up the part locally due to vendor contracts. Part arrived earlier than anticipated and the system automatically reached out to reschedule earlier service. I would contact them again. Thank you sears
