I give the techian 5 stars he did an amazing job. Both appointments this and last time were amazing. He was very professional and efficient. I hope I get the same techian if I ever need sears appliance repair again.

Per tech the heating element was not the problem. Needed vent cleaning. Had vent cleaner come & clean vent. Hope this helps.
