Johnathan my tech was great and deserves 5 stars however the customer service is not. They deserve less than a star. Next to impossible to connect with a live agent. Plus their service is so inconsistent. Including no call not show.

Had first technician come on August 27 and check my machine because it wasn’t filling up with water then he said he had to order a part then on August 31 the second technician came and put the part in and said it was fixed after he left, I went to put a load in my washer to start washing my clothes and my machine did not fill up with water so that technician made he put the part in but didn’t fix it so on September 1 I had another appointment with the technician from 1 to 5. He claimed he came, but I’ve been home all day so Sear sucks with their technician people. I rate them on one because my machine is still broken. And I paid $470. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. I have another appointment tomorrow, September 2 to see what this technician does but sears your technician suck.

Sears & Jonathan very unprofessional. Jonathan failed to fully complete repair. The day after parts; guts from compartment underneath fell out as well as “anti-skid” plate was never replaced. After several weeks my husband; 80 years old, attempted to personally address the issues as series dismissed my concerns.
