Disappointed
Technician came out unclogged down overflow drain of the top of the sink set. My dishwasher was draining but it's not. As a matter of fact as we speak water is still sitting in the bottom not draining

Extremely rude!!! He refused to install the heater because he disagreed with the original diagnosis would not even come to my house and hung up on me and indicated the problem was fixed which closed the claim. It was not fixed. He is a horrible representative for Sears.

Bryan was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly. We hope we don't need service in the future but if we ever do we would hope that he would be our service man again in the future.
